Dear Owners/Residents:
The following are winter preventative maintenance items that Management would kindly ask you to address:
1. Please ensure to drain hose bibs and secure shut off valves to prevent from pipe bursting due to water freezing within them
2. Please clean all leaves and ensure that the drain is not clogged if you have a suspended patio
3. Remember to replace filters on regular basis in your furnace, to maintain your heating system
4. Please clean dryer duct (vent) from lint to optimize drying capabilities and prevent from fire hazard
