REMINDER: September 2025 - Driveway and Curb Replacement – Work Schedule & Parking Instructions

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that driveway removal and concrete curb replacement work will begin shortly, as per the schedule below. To ensure smooth operation and resident safety, please carefully follow all parking and access instructions listed for each phase of the project.
Phase 1: Driveway Removal – Units 10, 18, 19, 20, 21 & 48 on Saturday, September 13th Starting at 7:00 AM
• All vehicles must be moved off driveways by 7:00 AM.
• You may return your vehicle to your driveway by 12:00 PM (noon).
• Asphalt will be removed and gravel laid and compacted during the morning.

Phase 2: Concrete Curb Removal & Pour – Units 1 to 10 on Monday, September 15th – Wednesday, September 17th (weather permitting)
• Roadway and driveway edges will be saw-cut for curb replacement.
• All vehicles must be removed from these units during this work.
• Please park across the road and away from the work area to avoid obstructing traffic or the job site.
• Once forms are removed and gravel is compacted, you may begin using your driveways again.

Phase 3: Concrete Curb Work – Units 10 to 19 on Wednesday, September 17th – Friday, September 19th
(May extend to Saturday, September 20th if necessary)
• Follow same instructions as Phase 2.

Phase 4: Concrete Curb Work – Units 19 to 23 on Monday, September 22nd – Wednesday, September 24th
• Follow same instructions as Phase 2.

Phase 5: Concrete Curb Work – Units 24 to 28 on Wednesday, September 24th – Friday/Saturday, September 26th–27th
• Follow same instructions as Phase 2.

Will advise of upcoming phases if any adjustments are needed to the schedule or when to move vehicles. However, please follow the schedule above as your primary reference.
